His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed: I reviewed the report on the completed real estate projects during the first half of this year in Dubai, which reflect the sector's ongoing growth, with 104 real estate projects completed, valued at a total investment of around 111 billion dirhams, an increase of 52%, adding more than 24,000 new real estate units in Dubai, a growth of 36% compared to last year. Our figures today are the result of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, confirming the strength of Dubai's real estate sector and the growing confidence in its investment and economic environment. There are no limits to Dubai's ambition and its leadership.
