Elli's Kosher Kitchen was founded by Ellis Kriel in 2019, starting out as the first kosher catering option in Dubai operating from Elli's home kitchen. Today, the kitchen continues to deliver delicious, homemade food crafted from a mix of culinary traditions from around the world. Elli's recipes vary from treasured dishes passed down from generations, each with its own story,

to Elli’s unique “Kosherati” dishes developed into an Emirati fusion using locally sourced ingredients and flavors.
