My healthy twist on fast food… but kid-approved! 🌯💥
These beef & cheese wraps are perfect for little ones who love tacos, burritos, and all the drive-thru classics — but still need the good stuff to grow strong and stay energized.

Instead of takeout, I made these at home with:
✔️ Lean ground beef (seasoned with cumin, paprika & garlic)
✔️ Whole wheat tortilla for extra fiber
✔️ Reduced-fat cheddar
✔️ Fresh tomatoes, onions, lettuce & a little Greek yogurt

They’re packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats — without the heaviness or additives. Plus, they’re fun to hold and eat, which means zero complaints at the table 😄

Had guests over for afternoon tea today, and I wanted to serve something original, healthy and insanely tasty — so I made these mini taco cups 🌮🧁

The base is a light almond flour shell, baked until golden and crispy. I filled them with lean ground turkey (seasoned with cumin, garlic, paprika), added a dollop of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and topped it off with fresh pico de gallo and a sprinkle of light cheddar.

✅ High in protein
✅ Gluten-free & low-carb shell
✅ Full of flavor, not heavy

They were gone in minutes 😅 Definitely keeping this on my healthy entertaining menu!

I threw together roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, toasted almonds, feta cheese, cranberries, and a drizzle of olive oil.

🥞 High-Protein Paleo Pancakes (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

Ingredients (makes ~6 medium pancakes):
• 1/2 cup paleo flour (e.g., almond or cassava blend)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 scoop (30g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder (collagen or plant-based for paleo)
• 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for consistency)
• 1/2 ripe banana (mashed, optional for sweetness)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Coconut oil for cooking

Toppings (optional but delicious):
✅ Coconut yogurt or Greek-style dairy-free yogurt
✅ Fresh strawberries or berries
✅ Dash of cinnamon or a sprinkle of powdered monk fruit



🔥 Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl (paleo flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt).
2. In another, whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and mashed banana.
3. Combine wet + dry ingredients until smooth.
