【Counter Chef】
Salary: From AED8,000 up to AED15,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time
Depending on your experience. Must have experience working in a restaurant as a chef.
Manage and organize all requirements for respective Kitchen to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as emanated by the Executive Chef. Ensures proper sanitation.
【Kitchen Chef】
Salary: From AED4,000 up to AED8,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time
To be in charge of activities related to the kitchen, which includes managing kitchen, staff, stock and equipment, safety, sanitation etc., and ensuring the quality of the meals that are served in the restaurant.
Also, assist with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the section.
【Dish Washer】
Salary: From AED1,000 up to AED1,500 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Ensure the kitchen, floor etc., is clean and well maintained and organised at all times.
Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dish washers.
【Assistant Manager】
Salary: From AED8,000 up to AED12,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time
Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders. Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area. Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests. Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests. Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
Preferably candidate with experience in managing restaurant and great customer service.
【Head-Waiter or Waitress】
Salary: From AED5,000 up to AED8,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time
Takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food sells the restaurant's food and drinks takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seat customers, helps with customer service and cleaning of the overall venue. Your important role is guest satisfaction as you are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Salary: From AED2,500 up to AED5,000 per month

Ultimately, a top-notch sommelier should have an understanding of the wine making process, ability to create exquisite food and wine pairings.
