Are you looking for simple ways to become more sustainable? 🌿

Here are four easy ways to reduce your carbon footprint and make a positive impact on the planet:

Replanting: Plant a tree or start a garden to help offset carbon emissions and create more green spaces in your community.
Saving energy: Switch to energy-efficient light bulbs, unplug electronics when not in use, and use a programmable thermostat to reduce your energy consumption.
Saving water: Fix leaks, take shorter showers, and collect rainwater for your plants to conserve water and reduce your water bill.
Recycling: Recycle paper, plastic, glass, and metal to reduce waste and conserve natural resources.

Remember, even small changes can make a big impact when it comes to sustainability. Let's work together to create a healthier and more sustainable planet for all!

Access to clean water and sanitation is a fundamental human right, yet millions around the world lack it. 💧🌍 Let's support initiatives to improve access to clean water for all.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has dominated the news cycle for the past two years, another important issue that has not received as much attention is the need for clean water. Access to clean water is a fundamental human right, yet millions of people around the world lack access to safe drinking water and sanitation.

Waterborne diseases are a significant health risk in many parts of the world, and can have devastating consequences, particularly for vulnerable populations such as children and the elderly. According to the World Health Organization, over 2 billion people lack access to safe drinking water, and around 4.5 billion lack access to adequate sanitation.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of clean water and sanitation, as frequent hand washing is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of the virus. However, for many people around the world, access to clean water and sanitation is still a distant dream. The pandemic has also disrupted efforts to improve access to clean water, as resources have been redirected to the pandemic response.

There are many initiatives underway to address the global water crisis, from government-led efforts to grassroots campaigns. One such initiative is the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 6, which aims to ensure access to water and sanitation for all by 2030. This is a lofty goal, but one that is achievable with the right resources and commitment.

In conclusion, access to clean water is a critical issue that impacts the health and well-being of millions of people around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of clean water and sanitation, but more needs to be done to ensure that everyone has access to this fundamental human right. By supporting initiatives to improve access to clean water, we can make a significant difference in the lives of millions of people.

Not only does the CLARUS FUSION have a smaller footprint than most plants, but it also uses up to 90% less power and has a single tank construction. Plus, it's installed completely underground for a low noise factor and easy installation. With low maintenance and no downtime during service, this plant is a great option for those looking for a self-monitoring solution with a full nitrification/de-nitrification cycle. And if you're looking for a sustainable option, solar options are also available!

The Fusion Series Treatment Systems are drop-in wastewater treatment units designed for decentralized applications where the effluent quality needs to meet or exceed Domestic Water Source (DWS) standards. It follows the exact same treatment process as a municipal activated sludge plant, including denitrification and phosphate reduction. Power consumption ranges from 60 w (1,700 lpd) to 336 w (15,000 lpd). The In series systems allow for treatment of bigger volumes. Due to the low power consumption, it can also operate on solar power.

INTRODUCING THE FUSION

Fusion Series Treatment Systems are drop-in wastewater treatment units designed for use in decentralized applications where the effluent quality needs to meet or exceed DWS standards.

The first Fusion was installed in Franschhoek in 2010 and today more than 200 units have been installed in 8 different countries on the African continent.

The Fusion is designed for use in residential, new sustainable property development, commercial, and community applications. Fusion is available in a variety of treatment capacities, from 1,700 lpd to 15,000 lpd.

The Fusion’s unique design enables it to be installed without a pretreatment tank, making it ideal for use on sites where space is limited. Effluent disposal options include conventional trenches, dams, irrigation or direct discharge.

Fusion’s modular flexibility allows to increasing the capacity treating any volumes required.
