In the first 6 months of operation the projects volunteers provided in excess of 45,000 meals to those who are h
ungry, on lower income frames or simply wish to receive a hot and healthy, home cooked meal. We offered daily servings of Rice and Dhal which has been donated by companies or individuals, then cooked and distributed solely by our volunteers. The whole process has proved unquestionably worthwhile, with the achievements stemming purely from the volunteers willingness to help. Over time, and as "need" grew we had to re-evaluate how we could support this growing operation and have now teamed up with City Chef who cater for us throughout the year, especially during our busiest time which is Ramadan. During Ramadan you can sponsor meals on DealGobbler and the meal vouchers will go to deserving laborers in the UAE. If you sponsor meals you will also be able to volunteer to pack and distribute them during Ramadan.
