Last week, I had the most incredible cooking experience at the , Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰✨ I spent a few unforgettable hours right in the heart of nature, cooking alongside Chef Rukshan and his team with views of the river and the forest.

Together, we prepared a beautiful spread of authentic Sri Lankan dishes: coconut sambol, fish curry, pumpkin curry, red rice, and traditional dal. I’ve always loved this cuisine, but getting to truly indulge in the process was next-level. We talked all about whole spices, heat levels, and how authentic recipes rely strictly on all-natural ingredients for color and flavor—no additives allowed. Everything was locally sourced, deeply nourishing, and minded toward health, featuring clean coconut oil and wholesome red rice.

The final outcome? An amazing aroma and flavors that made it one of the absolute best lunches I’ve ever had. Big thanks to for organizing this experience. 🍲
