EISC - Class Competitions 2026 will take place across four competition dates: June 30, July 28, August 27, and September 29.

Inspired by the Emirates International Salon Culinaire, this monthly competition series brings together chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, culinary students, judges, industry partners, and hospitality professionals.

In strategic partnership with ICCA Dubai, Foodverse, and ICCA Live, and endorsed by Worldchefs, the platform combines live competition, digital registration, judging, results, content visibility, and industry engagement.
