Even a tree can suffer from too much of a good thing.
A tree needs water, sunlight, and nutrients to grow. But give it too much water, and its roots can rot. Too much fertilizer can damage it. Even too much or too little sunlight can affect its growth.
The same principle applies to our bodies.
Eating healthy isn't just about choosing the right foods ,it's also about eating the right amount. Even nutritious foods can become a problem when consumed in excess, while eating too little can leave your body without the energy and nutrients it needs.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all meal plans.
Every client I work with receives a calorie-based, portion-controlled meal plan tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. Every ingredient is weighed, every portion is measured, and every meal is designed to provide the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and micronutrients.
Balance beats extremes. Every time.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply building healthier eating habits, success starts with giving your body exactly what it needs—not more, not less.
