Sales Representative – Mac Caldo Instant Noodles

Afghan Halal Foods Ltd., the authorized distributor of Mac Caldo Instant Noodles in Afghanistan, is seeking energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join its growing sales team in Kabul.
Key Responsibilities
Visit wholesale and retail customers daily according to assigned routes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product distribution.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and open new retail and wholesale outlets.
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at customer outlets.
Collect orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely deliveries.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Submit daily sales and market reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum High School diploma (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
Previous experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
Familiarity with Kabul's wholesale and retail markets is an advantage.
Fluency in Dari and Pashto (English is a plus).
Honest, self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Having a personal motorcycle is an advantage.
