This pear sorbet combines cooked and fresh pears for a more layered expression of the flavor fruit, round and soft at first, then bright and fresh on the finish.
The texture is smooth with a clean melt, allowing the pear to stay fully in focus 🍐

when the next person ask me how my trip around Europe is going, I’ll answer with this video…

it’s not perfect, it’s not always beautiful, and it’s not exactly what I imagined
but it’s real

There are days when everything flows, when I feel at home in places I’ve never been before..
and others where I miss, I doubt, I get tired… and that’s okay too

Because traveling like this isn’t about escaping, it’s about finding yourself in the uncomfortable, in the simple, in the unexpected

I’m learning to hold on less
to let things happen
to live the good… and also the parts that hurt a little

and somewhere in all of that, realizing that I’m actually living
for real
