Sobre Daniela Dávila
Nacida en Buenos Aires, luego de egresarse en la carrera de Organización y Administración Hotelera, se graduó en la carrera internacional de Sommelier de Cava y Restaurant, en la Escuela Argentina de Sommeliers en el año 2009. Actualmente se encuentra dictando catas de vinos, tanto particulares como empresariales, asesorando a locales gastronómicos en el armado y renovación d
e sus cartas y capacitando al staff de servicio. A su vez asesora a personas sobre la compra para su cava personal y también ha dictado clases de enología en institutos culinarios. Ha trabajado como sommelier en 6 países diferentes y se encuentra siempre buscando nuevas oportunidades. Contacto:

About Daniela Dávila
