NEW BLOG POST ONLINE: 👉 Mushrooms are making their way into the beverage world.

From Lion’s Mane and Reishi to Shiitake, mushroom ingredients are appearing in an increasing variety of beverage concepts. According to Mintel, global product launches containing mushrooms grew by 89% between 2021 and 2025.

But a trending ingredient alone is not enough. Taste and drinkability still matter.

That opens up exciting opportunities to combine mushroom extracts with familiar flavours and beverage formats.

At AUSTRIA JUICE, we translate this trend into concepts such as a carbonated Lion’s Mane drink with magnesium and a non-alcoholic c***r with Reishi extract, combining new ingredient worlds with appealing flavour profiles. 🙌
