At our Welcome Lunch last Tuesday, our new colleagues had the opportunity to make their first connections, gain exciting insights into our company, and exchange ideas across departments.

In addition to company updates from the Management Board and valuable information from HR and the Works Council, the main focus was on networking.
During the shared lunch, experiences were exchanged, questions were answered, and new connections were built.

And there is more to come: In the coming weeks, all interested participants will have the opportunity to join a production tour and gain exclusive insights into product development and the fascinating world of flavours.

Sometimes the biggest challenges create the greatest opportunities. 💯

Following a change in leadership, our site went through a period of significant transformation. While the circumstances were challenging, they also opened the door to growth, new perspectives, and meaningful change.

Over the past months, I had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into areas of the business I had not been closely involved with before, help build a new leadership team, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute to establishing clear structures and processes for the future.

This experience challenged me both professionally and personally. At the same time, it gave me the chance to step up, take responsibility, and actively shape the future of our site in Bingen.

Looking back, it has been one of the most defining experiences of my career so far.

What motivates me every day is clear: helping to strengthen our site, ensuring long-term stability, and driving sustainable growth for the future. 👌
