Reading strengthens the soul 📙💯🙌 oh yes and how it does. But to be honest - since I am a parent I rarely have time for reading a book. However, when I finally find time, I enjoy it to the fullest and celebrate it. Like currently with the new book by called “Alkoholfrei”, which I can warmly recommend to you.
Not only does it go well with Dry January😅. No, I literally devour it because on the one hand it is packed with knowledge about the origins and background of the different non-alcoholic drinks and on the other hand it offers recipes and comprehensive pairing recommendations. What is particularly unique here is the summary on the last pages, where you can very conveniently find the pairings based on the type of drink and the type of course and dish. Despite a concentrated amount of specialist knowledge, the whole book comes across very easy to read - Nicole's exciting comparisons and anecdotes certainly make an essential contribution to this. Whether tea, proxies, non-alcoholic beer, water kombucha, juices, shrub or even non-alcoholic wines - the book really contains everything from the world of non-alcoholic drinks 🌏🥃. Nicole's great passion for tea can be felt on every page of the book, which led to me deciding, by page 80 at the latest, to devote myself more closely to this topic too 🤩🍵
I am particularly pleased that for the first time Nicole is dedicating in her book space to the topic of non-alcoholic wines🍷.When I saw here last time in November she told me that the Zeronimo wines were an inspiration for her to do so. I am very pleased about that.
My summary: I have never read such a great book about non-alcoholic drinks and pairing.Whether as a hobby or professionally - Nicole's book is great for both. And because we adore the book so much, we quickly grabbed a few copies and are offering them in a bundle with the two Zeronimo wines 🕺🛍
