This Hot souce was insane!
Ingredients
4 Carolina Reapers (stemmed)
4 Ghost Peppers (stemmed)
4 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
1 large Onion (chopped)
6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Brown sugar (optional, to balance the heat)
Instructions
1 Sauté & Simmer: In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, reapers, and ghost peppers. Pour in the vinegar and add all the spices. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until everything is soft.
2 Blend: Let it cool slightly, transfer to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
3 Bottle: Pour into sterilized bottles. Store in the fridge.
