Our Honey Story
Our journey with bees began for a very personal reason—hayfever. My husband had suffered with seasonal allergies for years, and like many people, relied on tablets to get through spring. We decided to try something different and introduced bees to our property, hoping that local raw honey might help. Since then, he hasn’t needed to buy hayfever tablets, and what started as a simpl
e solution has grown into a passion for bees, honey, and natural living. From those first hives, we quickly discovered how fascinating and important bees are—not just for us, but for the environment around us. They pollinate our gardens, help native plants thrive, and reward us with the most incredible honey straight from the hive. Unlike mass-produced honey, ours is never spun, heated, or processed. We believe the best honey is the kind that’s left as nature intended. That means all the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients remain in every jar. The result is raw honey that’s rich in flavour, full of goodness, and completely unaltered from the way the bees made it. Our philosophy is simple: keep it natural, keep it local, and respect the bees. Every jar of honey we share comes with the same care and love that first inspired us—honey that not only tastes amazing but connects you to the land and the hardworking bees that made it. Whether you enjoy it by the spoonful, stirred into tea, drizzled on toast, or straight from the jar, our honey is a little reminder of the sweetness nature provides when we look after it.
