Set sail on a culinary voyage with our Fish Ragu Pasta recipe!

Fish Ragu Pasta Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g fresh fish fillets (choose your favourite from Adelaide Seafood)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 carrot, finely chopped
400g can diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
400g pasta (your choice)
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Increase heat to medium-high, add fish fillets, and cook until they start to turn opaque.
Add diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the fish is tender.
While the sauce simmers, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces through the sauce.
Serve the fish ragu over the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired.
