Orange fed wagyu beef, as the name suggests, are fed with organic sweet oranges from Australia and nutritionist-formulated grain, fed to grow the Wagyu cattle. During their feeding period of over 450 days, they need to consume over 450 kilograms of sweet oranges. The entire breeding cycle is three times longer than regular Wagyu cattle. Only 300 heads are produced each month. Their meat is bright red with more marbling, making them a unique presence in the Australian Wagyu market. The abundant Vitamin C in their diet gives their meat a more delicate and tender texture. When grilled at high-temperature, the rich meat fragrance from the Maillard reaction, with a hint of sweet orange aroma, bursts in your mouth, making it irresistible. This month, enjoy your special offer - a 10% off for all of our orange-fed wagyu portions.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs beef rump cap (rump cap/sirloin cap)
- Coarse salt (such as rock salt or sea salt)

5. While grilling, you can also sear the fat cap directly over the flame to render the fat and create a crispy crust.
6. Once the beef rump cap is cooked to your liking, remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the beef rump cap against the grain into thin slices and serve hot.
8. Enjoy your deliciously grilled beef rump cap!
