The Distillery That Reinstated The Campbeltown Whisky Region
Spier & Wright Thurs 9th April 6:30pm

The Big G makes a welcome return to host a first for Spier And Wright. A tasting of the third distillery to be opened in Campbeltown since the great collapse in early 20th century.
The late Mr Hedley Wright had a dream to reinstate Campbeltown to its former glory of being one of Scotland’s revered whisky regions.
This tasting will explore not only that special heritage, but we’ll be also taking a close taste of how whiskies, especially those produced by J&A Mitchel (Springbank Distillers), owner of Glengyle, vary from year to year.
