Pizza night, but make it better 🍕
This classic margherita is made with a nourishing twist using Pure: FABA Flour - creating a gluten-free base that’s higher in protein and fibre, without compromising on that crispy crust.
It’s everything you love about a traditional pizza, reworked with simple, clean ingredients that do more for you.
Ingredients
3/4 cup warm water
Pinch of caster sugar
1 tsp dried yeast
1 cup Pure: FABA Flour
1 cup gluten-free flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Extra Pure: FABA Flour, for dusting
Method:
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it foam for 5–10 minutes.
Combine Pure: FABA flour and salt, add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and stir to form a dough.
Knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour.
Roll out the dough to be roughly 0.5cm thick and top with your favourite pizza toppings!
Cook for 20min at 180°C, or until the crust is golden.
