I've literally never tried to pick a perfume that aligns with how I want to feel that day, before now 😂 have you ever picked one based on a feeling, rather than just the smell???

Lia, the creator of Scentsetiva has designed a whole perfume range (with a quiz to help you choose) that aligns with the elements, and is more about the feeling than just the smell. It's an absolute experience, and so different to any other perfume encounter I've had before!

Oops sorry did I scare you? (With how awesome these are?) 😬👻😂

Ingredients:
• Dark chocolate
• White chocolate
• White 100s & 1000s
*All ingredients used are vegan and gluten free

Method:
• Melt your chocolate
• Place cookie cutter on a plate and fill with 100s & 1000s
• Pour chocolate into the shape, just a few mm deep so you can still bite/snap it
• Optional layer chocolate
• Set in fridge

WAIT, 15 minutes away from Adelaide?! Like right around the corner?! This cosy getaway?! Just a short step into the Adelaide Hills and you could be here, at Teringie Retreat 😍

We stayed here last week for our anniversary, and it was PERFECTION. It was close and convenient which we needed due to it being a very busy time for us, but we couldn't just let our anniversary pass by and we're so glad we could celebrate at Teringie Retreat Airbnb ❤️ thank you for having us and for such a wonderful experience!

So whether you are travelling from interstate, overseas, or perhaps you are a local Adelaidian like us, you are literally 15 minutes from the city, 10 from Norwood, 15 minutes from Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, 20 minutes from Stirling, and about 25 minutes from Hahndorf (to list a few of my favourite haunts).

But just saying you might not want to leave because omg the views 😂

• Cosy fire
• Pool or heated spa for Winter
• Breathtaking views
• Gorgeous kitchen
• Comfy couch to start rereading ACOTAR or a magical movie
• If you're lucky, a foggy morning 😍
• They even left us vegan friendly snacks 🥹
• And just genuinely so peaceful ✨

All you need:
• 15 pitted dates
• Peanut butter
• Dark chocolate 🍫
• Optional: toasted chopped almonds- these add EPIC texture 🤤
• Optional: freeze dried raspberries to top it off- this added a delightful tang that cuts through the rich PB
All ingredients vegan and gluten-free

You've got one week left of winter in Australia! (But don't worry, it's practically Christmas so you can still make these sprinkle snowflakes 🤣)

Ingredients:
• Dark chocolate
• White 100s & 1000s
• Optional white chocolate for a gorgeous swirl 😍
*All ingredients used are vegan and gluten free

Method:
• Melt your chocolate
• Place cookie cutter on a plate and fill with 100s & 1000s
• Pour dark chocolate into the shape, just a few mm deep so you can still bite/snap it
• add a dollop of melted white chocolate and swirl in slightly
• Set in fridge

10 years. A decade. 10 years together, 4 years married (can recommend getting married on your anniversary so you only have to remember one date plus it's cute).

Almost a third of my life now with this one human and I literally wouldn't have it any other way. There's no one else I'd want to do life with. I'm so excited for our future together because it's going to be spectacular ✨

My husband's being a little dramatic about how long the trip took I think 🤣

*don't worry that's not my husband, that's Gary! He's our mascot at The Spine Hub Chiropractic 😂 he can't drive so I gave him a ride home from our Norwood, Adelaide practice which is officially on hiatus/closed after this busy last week moving out, as we continue to set up our Whyalla clinic.
For all our Adelaide patients, thank you so much for your support over the last few years! It's not goodbye forever, but it's goodbye to this particular location in Norwood as we focus on setting up the next venture.

Gary can't wait to check out the new Whyalla clinic, he'll be moving in in a few weeks! If you're Whyalla based come check us out at 🤍
