We're excited to introduce Daniel Grant, our new Project Manager. Coming from the healthcare manufacturing sector, Daniel brings extensive experience in equipment production, project management, and team leadership.
Daniel's professional background in precision manufacturing and infection control equipment makes him a perfect fit for our team. When he's not working, he enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and camping – and he's also a part-time DJ!

MEET THE TEAM – LAURA JOOK
Laura is one of our newest members to the Freshwater Systems family. Welcome, Laura!
Having worked in the Commercial team with Anand for the past few months, Laura has demonstrated her adaptability and excellent technical expertise. We are excited to see her apply her skills to developing and enhancing trade relations in our commercial and domestic markets. With a background in sales with studies in Environmental Management and Sustainability and Water Operations, Laura has a keen interest in water and the environment and will be an asset to the Freshwater team.
Fun fact – Laura can attest to the fact that Pilates, wine and house renovation do go together hand-in-hand...

Our annual Christmas celebration was an absolute triumph, bringing together the entire Freshwater Systems team in a spectacular display of holiday cheer!
The event was filled with laughter, delicious food, and a profound sense of appreciation for the incredible work our team has accomplished throughout the year. From heart-warming speeches to hilarious gift exchanges and festive decorations, the night perfectly captured the spirit of our close-knit workplace family. It was a memorable evening that not only celebrated our professional achievements but also reinforced the strong bonds we've built together, making Freshwater Systems more than just a workplace, but a true community.

“It’s the start of a new era at Freshwater Systems. After 33 years “at the helm” our founder, Jeff Nicholas, has sailed into the sunset to start his well-earned retirement. With a fantastic send-off and beautiful speech from Brett MacBeth, we reflected upon and paid respect to Jeff’s achievements building Freshwater Systems.

Jeff has nurtured our company to have strong values, centred on achieving the very best outcomes for our customers. We are driven by a passion for what we do and for supporting each other as a team.

We thank Jeff for building and supporting our ever-growing team, providing so many employees and their families with security and development in their chosen careers at Freshwater Systems.

Whilst Jeff can still be spotted around the Freshwater Systems office and manufacturing site on occasion, we welcome the next phase of Freshwater System, with the leadership of joint Directors James Di Salvio, Brett MacBeth and Rod Millard steering us in new and exciting times.”

A standard busy day in the Freshwater Systems manufacturing facility! With end-to-end manufacture and full inhouse testing, we have plants for commercial clients moving through various stages of production at any one time, leading to a fairly full workshop.

Inhouse testing is standard on all of our commercial projects, allowing us control and confidence in standard of quality we deliver. Our clients appreciate the importance of Freshwater Systems inhouse testing, in mitigating risk as well as reducing time spent in installation and commissioning on-site. Freshwater Systems has earned a strong industry reputation for quality that has been built on decades of refining processes, production and conducting controlled, systematic testing.
