These are the moments that inspired A Taste of Italy from the beginning - bringing traditional Italian baking, family recipes, and simple ingredients together in a way that feels comforting and familiar.

Every biscuit is handmade using the old-fashioned method, just as Stefania learned growing up in Italy.

If you’re visiting the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market this Sunday, come and say hello. We’re at the main entrance from 8:30am–12:30pm with freshly baked biscotti, cakes, trays, and plenty of coffee pairings waiting for you ☕🇮🇹

There’s something nostalgic about coconut and dark chocolate together ✨

These handmade viennese biscuits are buttery, delicate, and full of coconut flavour, dipped in premium dark chocolate and finished with a light dusting of desiccated coconut 🥥🍫

Simple ingredients, handmade the traditional way, and perfect beside a coffee or shared after dinner.

They’re also the kind of biscuit people quietly keep going back for once the box is opened 🤍

There’s something comforting about a traditional Crostata. 🤍

A buttery shortbread tart, baked slowly and filled generously with local jam, simple ingredients, familiar flavours, and the kind of dessert that reminds us of home.

We currently make them in:

Before the ovens are even turned on, this is usually what our mornings look like 🤍

Every biscuit is still prepared by hand, tray by tray, the traditional way. No machines shaping them. No rushing the process.

Just simple ingredients, family recipes, and an early morning kitchen filled with the smell of butter and chocolate.

Sometimes the uncooked stage is our favourite part… because it reminds us that good baking always starts slowly ✨

Our Soft Amaretti are gently crisp on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle, and full of rich almond flavour with a delicate marzipan-like centre.

One of the nicest parts of market mornings is watching people come back and tell us which flavour became their favourite 🤍

Our Gluten-Free Caprese Cakes now come in:

Lemon is still the classic everyone reaches for first… but lately we’ve noticed more people discovering their own favourite flavour too ✨

Every cake is almond-based, naturally gluten free, soft in the middle, and made by hand using the traditional Italian way - no shortcuts, just simple ingredients and careful baking.

We’re excited to share a new little milestone for us.

You can now find our biscotti at Ray’s by Out in the Paddock in Burnside Village 🤍

It means a lot to be part of a space that values quality, simplicity and good food, something we’ve always believed in from the beginning.

When we moved to Australia, Adelaide felt right. 🌿

It’s calm, family-friendly, and the parks and greenery reminded us of Italy. Those everyday rituals - a walk, a coffee, something sweet to share, are the lifestyle we grew up with.
