Our Story

“WE ACTUALLY HAVE A SPRING TO SHOW THE PUBLIC” Natural Spring Water at its purest form, many known us as the nature’s precious treasure. It’s precious because it has minerals that a healthy body needs. Ever since 1952 many would know Mr Holly as he accidentally discovered this precious spring when he dug a pond in his front yard here at 136 Waterfall Gully Rd Waterfall Gully and it’s growing water ever since. Mr Holly had the water tested and confirmed by the council that it’s surface water, clean to drink and laboratory test results came back with mineral readings higher than usual. After it’s confirmed a spring water, Mr Holly used to bottle it in 4L flagons and sold it to the Royal Adelaide hospital. It was not until 1974 when Mr Holly passed away and had to auction the property off to Mr Giuseppe Di Stasio, (pictured on the right of this article). Mr Stasio and his family has drunk this Spring Water since the early 60s. When he discovered this property was for sale, he had to buy it at all cost, it was purchased for $100k back in 1974, an average house price in SA back then would be around $28000. Mr Stasio then stopped sales through the door and focused on exporting this precious water overseas under his company formerly named “Crystal Springs”. He did well overseas, but was getting a lot of negative critics over his actions. Eventually Mr Stasio opened his doors again to the public in Waterfall Gully and regained its popularity. The Stasio family opened a factory plant developing flavored drinks and soft drinks made from this spring water. Unfortunately Mathew Stasio, the son of Giuseppe who was in charge of the company died due to illness around 2010 and the Stasio family since had a different perspective to the meaning of life. From a multi-million dollar beverage company back to just selling pure spring water through the door in Waterfall Gully. Mr Stasio at age 84 finally had enough and the property/Spring water business came onto the market in 2017. Now owned by the Yang family and our intention is to deliver this Spring Water in its purest form to all the locals around us allowing SA to access healthy clean pure spring water at the fairest price.
