MACINE BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
350g of flour
1 egg
130g of sugar
100g of butter
100ml fresh double cream
1/2 sachet of baking powder (8grm)
1tsp of vanillia
In a bowl we begin by working the soft butter at room temperature with the sugar, mix well with a fork until it forms a cream. Add the egg, cream, baking powder and vanillia and mix again. Finally, add the flour a little at a time until it forms a firm, non-sticky dough which we will leave to rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Once the rest time has passed, we roll out our cream shortcrust pastry on a floured pastry board, cut out our biscuits with a larger pastry cutter and a smaller one to make the internal hole.
COOKING: Cook in a ventilated oven at 180ยฐ for approximately 12-13 minutes or in a static oven at 190ยฐ for the same time.
STORAGE: They can be stored for about a week tightly closed in a box, food bag or fabric food bag.
