We’ve been part of the Bairnsdale community for nearly 20 years. We didn’t come here just to build a business — along the way, this community has become family.

Supporting local kids, local sporting clubs and local families is one small way we can give back to a community that has given so much to us.

We are proud to support East Gippsland United FC with these Player Appreciation Gift Vouchers, recognising the hard work, dedication and teamwork shown throughout the season.

Watching Australia defeat Turkey 2–0 at the FIFA World Cup this week was a wonderful result and a reminder of what can be achieved through passion, commitment and teamwork.

Who knows? Maybe one day we’ll be cheering on one of these East Gippsland kids wearing the green and gold for the Socceroos on the world’s biggest stage. 🇦🇺⚽

A huge thank you to everyone who has been supporting An Khang Bakery.

We were absolutely thrilled to see our Cassava Cake sell out today! Seeing so many familiar faces returning and new customers giving us a try means the world to our team.

We also received some valuable feedback that a few bánh mìs were not as warm as expected during these colder winter afternoons. Thank you for letting us know. We take every comment seriously because we are always looking for ways to improve.

To help keep every bánh mì warm, fresh and enjoyable, we are currently organising a sauce warmer system and adjusting our preparation process to ensure our fillings and sauces stay at the perfect temperature throughout the day.

At An Khang, we don’t just want to serve good food — we want every customer to leave happy.

Between wages, tax, suppliers, rent, bills, and everything else happening behind the scenes, some days can feel pretty overwhelming.

A big busy day at An Khang Bakery today ❤️

Not only was the shop buzzing, but we also specially baked 90 semi-mini bánh mì for the Wy Yung Football Club, along with our homemade sweet cassava cake for the team.

Since our custom printed bags haven’t arrived yet, our team hand-folded every bag and printed our own custom stickers just for this order — a small touch, but something we do with pride.

At An Khang Bakery, everything is baked with love, care, and genuine community spirit.
