Over the past little while, we’ve been working on something we're very excited about - Gippy Food Trucks - a local directory website designed to make it easier for people to find, connect with and book food trucks and other mobile vendors across Gippsland.

Before we officially launch, we’re looking for a small number of local vendors who’d be keen to jump on early, test the site, and share some feedback from a food truck owner’s point of view.

There’ll be a few thank-you perks for early testers, and it’s a chance to help shape how the platform works before it goes live to the public.

Once we’ve got some listings up, we’ll also be inviting event organisers and locals to test the site too, so it works well from both sides.

🔥 Important Trading Update 🔥

Due to an incredible level of demand for festive catering bookings, our FireAnt BBQ van will not be trading locally until the New Year.

We’re spending the rest of the festive season firing up the smokers for private events, parties, and celebrations — and we’re hugely grateful for the support that’s made this possible.

Thank you to all our local customers for your continued support. We’ll be back serving up our low-and-slow BBQ in the New Year, bigger, smokier, and better than ever.
