Our Meat Boxes contain a selection of beef cuts (packed for 2) and come in two sizes, 10kg and 15kg for $20 / kg.
Our 10kg box contains: BBQ Sausages, Y-Bone Steaks, Mince, Osso Buco, Diced Beef, Silverside Roast, Round Steaks, Rump Steaks, T-Bone Steaks and Porterhouse Steaks.
Our 15kg box contains: BBQ Sausages, Ribs, Mince, Bolar Roast, Osso Buco, Gravy Beef, Diced Beef, Topside Roast, Silverside Roast, Brisket, Rolled Beef Roast, Rump Steaks, T-Bone Steaks, Scotch Fillets and Fillet Steaks.

We have asked the butcher to cut and pack our beef in a similar way to how it was done previously. We are offering our Beef Boxes of mixed cuts in a 10kg box for $250 and a 15kg box for $375. The packs are labelled and vac-packed for 2 people. If you would like to see the typical contents of our boxes please check out the photos on our page Winbar II ,but, please keep in mind that the contents of the boxes could vary slightly. After the initial deliveries as fresh beef, the remaining boxes are frozen to preserve the freshness and quality of our beef.
Our 10kg boxes contain: BBQ Sausages, Premium Mince, various packs of BBQ meats, such as BBQ Steak, T-Bone, Rump, Porterhouse, it will also contain Silverside, and slow cooked meats such as Diced Beef, Round and Osso Bucco. The 15kg boxes contain similar cuts along with one or two more things like Bolar Roast, Brisket, Beef Roast, Ribs, Scotch Fillet, Fillet Steak and Y-bone steaks.
I personally deliver our product and delivery is free to addresses in the Adelaide metro area, the Fleurieu Peninsula and east to the River Murray.

Beautiful grass-fed beef sausages and mince from our farm delivered free to your door.
Our beef that goes into our sausages and mince is grown on our property with love and care. We know everything that goes into our cattle and we strive to give our cattle the best life we can.
We have a great healthy product; we do not use any hormones or antibiotics in the production of our beef for our sausages and mince. Our sausages are made with no preservatives or gluten.
Our farming efforts are reflected in the quality of our beef sausages and mince.

Our sausages and mince boxes are 6kg and consist of 3kg of sausages and 3kg of mince for $132.
Our sausages come in four varieties and the ingredients are:-
Steak Sausages and Pepper Steak Sausages;
Rice flour, Mineral salt (451, 452), Seasoning, Herbs and Spices, and (160c) Paprika.
Grain Free Sausages (ideal for Paleo or Low Carb diets);
Himalayan Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Onion, Thyme, Bay Leaves and Rosemary.
Nutrient Dense Sausages (perfect for getting nutrients from organs into your diet – also grain free);
Heart, Liver, Kidney, Himalayan Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Onion, Thyme, Bay Leaves and Rosemary.
Our mince, is beautiful lean mince and comes in vacuum packed 1kg bags.

We are offering our Beef Boxes as 10kg of mixed cuts for $250 and 15kg boxes of mixed cuts for $375, cryo packed for 2 people, this includes free delivery. Dog or soup/stock bones will remain free; just let us know how much you want.

Fleurieu Peninsula SA – Winbar 2 Beef boxes – Support your local farmer.
With the pause in our beef business due to our construction project and a 10 week stay in hospital/rehab we are getting our lives back on track. We now have 2 steers hanging in the cold room of the butcher, ready to be cutup and cryo packed. They will be packed into our Fleurieu Grass-Fed Beef Boxes late next week for possible delivery from the 10th March 2025 onwards.
We have asked the butcher to cut and pack our beef in a similar way to how it was done previously. We are offering our Beef Boxes of mixed cuts as 10kg and 15kg boxes, cryo packed for 2 people. But, please keep in mind that the contents could vary slightly. If you would like to see the contents of our boxes please check out the previous photos or on our page: /Winbar2Lowlines/.
Irrespective of the poor feed growing season we are now experiencing and the subsequent high cost of feed that we had to buy in, the price of our beef boxes remains at $25 per kg. So, a 10kg box will be $250 and $375 for the 15kg box, this includes free delivery. Dog or soup/stock bones will remain free; just let us know how much you want.

Our cattle are processed at Kangarilla and then transported by the butcher to their shop in Port Elliot. All this is done under the strict regulations, guidelines and procedures outlined in the Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) Act 2004. On arrival at the shop our beef is hung for approximately 14 days in their cold room, after which it is cut and cryo packed. The packs are labelled and packed for 2 people. We then sort and pack our beef boxes ready for delivery. After the initial deliveries as fresh beef, the remaining boxes are frozen to preserve the freshness and quality of our beef.
Our 10kg boxes contain: 1 kg BBQ Sausages, 2 kg Premium Mince, various packs of BBQ meats, such as BBQ Steak, T-Bone, Rump, Porterhouse, it will also contain Silverside, and slow cooked meats such as Diced Beef, Round and Osso Buco. The 15kg boxes contain similar cuts along with one or two more things like Bolar Roast, Brisket, Rolled Traditional Beef Roast, Ribs, Scotch Fillet, Fillet Steak and Y-bone steaks.
I personally deliver our product in an accredited meat transport vehicle. Delivery is free to addresses in the Adelaide metro area, the Fleurieu Peninsula and east to the River Murray.
