Negroni, Big Red style:

30ml Square 1 Big Red Gin
30ml bitter apéritif
30ml sweet vermouth

Stir with ice 15–20 sec, strain over a big cube, express an orange peel.
Tip: Try a grapefruit twist if you like it brighter.

We teamed up with our friends at Sidewood Wines to create something truly special. Their Pinot Noir grapes were steeped in our gin for four weeks, resulting in a spirit that’s vibrant, full of character, and bursting with flavour.

Crafted in the Adelaide Hills, enjoyed anywhere you love good gin.
