Ballarat Wholefoods Collective We are a volunteer run, not-for-profit offering a range of seasonal, local, organic produce & staple foods. We open on a Thursday & Saturday in school terms.

Become a member & enjoy high quality, healthy & ecologically conscious shopping! We are volunteer based not-for-profit group offering an extensive range of organic non-perishable staple foods. Our aim is to cut out the middle man and go straight to the source and support our farmers, as a result of this our prices have a minimal mark up. We feel very strongly about the over packaging of food so me

How can belonging to a small community food collective make a difference to climate change?

We are supporting LOCAL farmers directly by cutting out long complicated supply chains and ensuring the farmers are paid fairly.

We support sustainable farming that reduces the impact to soil, water and air. Farmers that work with the land and not against it.

Such a small thing like shopping locally this way makes a huge difference collectively for reducing food miles, supporting local community and ecosystems and being less dependent on the fossil fuels we know are causing our planet to warm.

We may be small but our mission is big, and so are our hearts.

Power to the people, power to our farmers 💚
