Rowsley Fault Wines

Rowsley Fault Wines Our vineyard is situated directly on top of one of Victoria’s little known geographical features, the Rowsley Scarp, a tectonic fault line.

This creates rich soil, and provides unique growing conditions to produce complex wines. The ‘Rowsley Fault’ is a geological fault formed about one million years ago that has layered our vineyards with gravels and clay over limestone. With our vineyard being located in the Moorabool Valley region, we have been able to focus on small plot viticulture specializing in Pinot Noir and Gamay. Our object

ive is to offer small volume production of these exciting varieties to a discerning wine drinker looking for new palate experiences.
