We love lemons. So this is a lemon cake (from a box) but the icing is Lemon Spread with icing sugar and a little lemon juice just to make it runny. Yum

Look who dropped in while we were making Raspberry Jam. This lady pops over with her family of 4 for meat nibblies and knocks on the door. These magpies are very friendly and even take nibblies off our hands - Happy Jamming

2024 is going apace. Its time to visit the wild larder for our Hawthorne Berries. Hawthorne berries are our antioxidant friends,.
Yesterday was cherry jam making day restocking the supply.
