It’s here! We are excited to launch our truffle salt. Made with REAL black truffles from Beechworth, and naturally evaporated Australian sea salt flakes. And that’s it. Pure flavour. Dante was insistent about this patch of ground. And he was right. Not one, not two, but three truffles. We took him out for one “last” hunt, just in case, and have come back with a basket full of truffles! We are still learning about the seasonal rhythms of truffles. Very happy to prolong this fun part: the hard work of pruning is next !
