.....we're still dreaming about the Curated Plate Long Lunch 💭

Seeing Mountain View chicken featured in such beautifully crafted dishes was something we're incredibly proud of. Moments like these are a reminder of why provenance matters and why we're so passionate about supplying fresh, locally grown poultry to businesses across our region.

For us, it's never just about the chicken. It's about knowing where it comes from, the care that's gone into producing it, and seeing it transformed into memorable dining experiences by talented local chefs.

To have Mountain View chicken become part of a meal that brings people together around the table is what it's all about.

Again, another huge thank you to Chef Dan at Penfolds Catering and all the other local producers, chefs, suppliers and Sunshine Coast Council for making The Curated Plate 2026 such a success. We're proud to have played a small part in celebrating the incredible produce our region has to offer.

From the moment eggs arrive from the farm, every step of the process is designed to deliver quality, consistency and food safety.

Our grading facility combines modern technology with the expertise of our team to wash, inspect, grade, disinfect and pack eggs before they're delivered to retailers, cafés, restaurants and other businesses across the region.

It's a process that helps ensure every carton meets the same high standards, while maintaining efficiency and traceability from farm to finished goods.
