Finding the right help shouldn’t be another hurdle.

We’ve created a new, FREE, easy-to-use community support directory on our Your Path Your Way website, helping people across Bendigo and the Loddon Mallee region find the support they need, when and where they need it. 🩵

Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, housing assistance, food relief, financial support, help for young people, or somewhere to turn when things feel overwhelming, we’ve brought local services together in one place.

📍 HOW DOES IT WORK?

1️⃣ Start with your location
Choose the area closest to you, whether that’s Bendigo, Swan Hill, Echuca, Castlemaine or another town across our region.

2️⃣ Explore your local services
The directory generates a list of services relevant to your area. Browse by category to find the type of help you’re looking for.

3️⃣ Create your own list
Found something useful? Simply click “Add to my list” next to any service. You can add as many services as you need to create your own personalised support directory.

4️⃣ Save or print your list
⚠️ Your list doesn’t save automatically, so make sure you select “Print my list” before leaving.

You don’t need a printer! You can take a screenshot or choose Save as PDF to keep a copy on your phone, tablet or computer for when you need it.

We’ve included an Easy Read option with larger text and simpler wording, because finding help should be as straightforward as possible.

🤝 WHO IS THIS FOR? EVERYONE!

Your Support Coordinator can sit alongside you and explore the directory together, helping you find services and build a list of useful contacts.

But we also know that not everyone has a Support Coordinator.

Not everyone has an NDIS plan.

And not everyone knows where to start when they need help.

You don’t need to be an NDIS participant. You don’t need a referral. You don’t need to be connected to our organisation.

This resource is for our whole community. 💛

Sometimes we don’t know what support is available until we really need it. We hope this directory makes finding that support just a little easier.

We're updating our independent provider capacity map and are looking for local NDIS providers to be included.

By sharing information about your services, locations, capacity, and wait times, you're helping participants and families access clear information and make informed choices about the supports available to them.

We're updating our internal Provider Capacity Map and would love your help.
As support coordinators, one of the biggest challenges is keeping up with changing provider availability. Even when we know services well, current information often comes from phone calls, emails, websites, team discussions and word of mouth.
A provider who had capacity last month may now have a waitlist. A service that wasn't accepting referrals may suddenly have availability. New clinicians join teams, service areas expand, and specialisations evolve.
By keeping this information current, we can spend less time searching and more time supporting participants to implement their plans, achieve their goals and make informed choices about their supports.
We're looking for:

A changing sector doesn't make them matter less.

As support coordination reform continues to evolve, the proposed future direction places increasing emphasis on independence and reducing conflicts of interest.

For organisations that provide multiple NDIS services, this may mean difficult decisions about the future of their support coordination programs and where they invest their resources.

What happens next?

The talk is in the air. Even when nobody says it outright, you can feel when a company's focus has started moving away from support coordination — away from the participants you actually care about. If that's what's happening around you right now, we get it, and we don't think you should just have to watch it happen.

The NDIS is moving toward a commissioned Support Coordination and Connection service, and a lot of Support Coordinators are asking exactly that question.

At Your Path Your Way, support coordination isn't a small piece of something bigger. It's the whole business — our heart is solely and wholly in this work, nothing else pulling focus.

Participant choice and control comes first, always. So if your participants choose to keep working with you, that's their decision to make — not ours, and not your current organisation's.

We're building for what's next: growing our team across the whole Loddon Mallee region, not just Bendigo.
