The Challenge: Can you make peanut brittle with alcohol? As it turns out, yes, yes you can.

So we set out to create an Australian first, peanut brittle made with Wh**ky, Rum and Blood Orange Gin, not essences or fake flavours. Our sister company, Ironstone Farm provides us with the spirits.

We use 100% Australian ingredients: peanuts, butter and sugars. Our brittle is handmade in Bendigo.
