Some stories aren’t invented. They’re lived. This is ours. 🐷
In 1967, our family opened a small butcher shop in Sicily with one simple belief:
The meat has to be good.
Four generations later, that belief is exactly the same.
We brought our family’s recipes, our traditions, and the craft we grew up with all the way to Australia. Not to recreate the past, but to keep it alive.
Every salami, every cured meat, every batch is still made the same way: by hand, with simple ingredients, patience, and respect for tradition.
On August 4th, we’ll finally open the doors to our new home in Cairns, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
