Gold Front Thoroughbreds Thoroughbred breeding and racing A few years ago we sold our successful drilling company, and that paved the way for our investment into Gold Front. Sue and Alan

As we have always loved horses, we wanted to share our passion for breeding and racing and all this exciting industry had to offer, but we just had to wait for the right time! Alan felt that he was too young to retire and to his way of thinking, there was no better way to stay active than to become involved in the breeding of thoroughbreds. Since then we have developed Gold Front Thoroughbreds into a state of the art thoroughbred complex, highlighted with the largest stabling complex in Australia with 48 fully serviceable stables under one roof. From its humble beginnings, we are very proud of the property and what it has become and offers to ensure the welfare and enjoyment of all of our horses and exceptional Gold Front team. We hope to see you at one of our events, either on the track or at Gingin for a visit!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing horse community! 💞
After losing Sully’s much-loved mummy, we put out a call for a new mum and were completely overwhelmed by the love, shares and offers of help. 🥹❤️
After trialling two mares that sadly weren’t quite the right fit, little Sully has finally found his new mummy! 🥰
And the sweetest part? He’s helping heal her broken heart while she gives him all the love he needs. 💞🐴

WOW...JUST WOW!!! We couldn't be happier right now. A truly remarkable performance by Now You See Me! 🏆 Securing a dominant victory in the Broome Sprint with an undefeated record is an incredible achievement. The dedication and training behind such a flawless campaign are evident. Jefferson Tsang in the saddle once again, and the combo set another track record.
Congratulations to Sue Olive, Alan Olive, Mathew Herbert, Jefferson Tsang, and our boy JJ (Now You See Me) 🐎🏆

Our first foal of the season arrived at a very respecatable 10.30AM on the 2 Aug. This little filly has some big shoes to fill. She is a full sister to Group 2 WATC Derby winner Awesome John - now known as Awesome Fluke in Hong Kong. Our first AWESOME ROCK baby for the season out of JAYQUIN STAR and she is a cracker 😍

💥 WHAT. A. DAY. IN BROOME! 💥

A brilliant double along with two gallant second placings made for another successful day on the track.

🏇 BONDI QUEEN (Queenie) got the party started in the opening event, finally breaking through for a well-deserved maiden victory—and she did it with authority! Queenie exploded clear in the straight, putting her rivals to the sword to score by over six lengths. A breathtaking performance that announced her arrival in style!

🔥 If that wasn't enough, NOW YOU SEE ME stole the show once again in Race 4! Tackling 1200 metres for the very first time, the unbeaten star never missed a beat. Taking control of the race early he powered away to score by more than five lengths, making it a remarkable 4 wins from 4 starts! 💪
An exciting young horse with enormous potential, NOW YOU SEE ME continues to raise the bar every time he steps onto the track.

Thank you to Jefferson Tsang for securing another double for the stud and getting the best out of our horses when he gets in the saddle 👏

Congratulations to Sue Olive and the team enjoying the Broome weather Alan Olive, Mathew Herbert and Kaylee Dumbleton.
