Ahoy in this parcel is the beautiful beef brisket its been smokeing since 4:30 am this morning and will be resting for 3 hours at 5 we got a 13 hour smoked brisket wrapped with brisket tarro AKA( brisket trimming rended down to a solid) to keep all that beautiful juice flowing. We are going to bring back the crack atack mac and cheese so get it as a side or get it loaded with out 13 hours smoked brisket maple bacon and your choice of add ons . Stay cool and ill see you tomorrow .

🏴‍☠️🍖🍟🍔🏴‍☠️ Good morning to all of my pirate crew, there's nothing like waking up to the smell of brisket on the smoker. We've got the hickory wood billowing out everywhere. Last night, I made tallow with the trimmings from the brisket and injected it back into the brisket before bed, then got up and got this baby on at 3:30 am to cook all day. We're excited because we'll be at Old Petrie Town to serve all you scallywags tomorrow between 7 am and 1 pm. Come and say hi and grab yourself a feed. 🏴‍☠️🍔🍟🍖🏴‍☠️

Ahoy, me hearties! We have been smokeing up our brisket since 5:30 am and we ant even half way through but just look at the beast . We will be at Old Petrie Town markets tomorrow in a different spot to last week down near the barn so come and find us say hi and have a try our what will be a 12 to 13 hour smoked brisket .
