Beef & Pepper and Wagyu & Red Wine Pies
After weeks of perfecting his two new pie recipes (and numerous taste testers eaten by staff and family), Gareth thinks his two new pies are absolutely delicious - and we completely agree!
Our Beef & Pepper and Wagyu & Red Wine Pies are the two newest additions to our pie family. Made in store by our staff, we are sure you will love them as much as we do!

New Products!!
As we continue to grow, we are always looking for new products our community want us to include in our shop. Our smallgood range released late last year has been such a hit that many have asked for a pate and terrine selection also!

We have begun to stock Chicken & Orange Pate and Chicken & Pistachio Terrine. Initial feedback has been so good people are wanting more flavour options. What flavours would you like to see in our new range?

We would like to thank our community for their patience and understanding as we try to re-stock after the cyclone last week. Deliveries have been delayed or cancelled due to difficulties our suppliers have been facing and our wonderful staff have been working around this to provide you with as many of our top quality products as possible, as soon as possible.

The cyclone also seems to have inspired Gareth to create two new pie recipes we think will be absolute hits. Stay tuned for more!

With the installation of our new pre-pack, we now have more room to expand our range of delicious cooked meals, made by our team in-store.
While our pies and lasagnes are already some of our most popular products, we now have three new options to include:
* Creamy Leek & Bacon Potato Bake
* Macaroni Cheese with Bacon
* Pumpkin, Spinach & Feta Quiche
Prefect as meals on their own, or as a side dish paired with our meat products, you can't go wrong with our growing range of delicious cooked products!

New Product Alert - Lambingtons!
These lambington parcels are a delicious lamb pattie made in-store, coated with dukkah and topped with a pumpkin puree, feta and flat-leafed parsley.
Perfect for lunch or dinner, you'll have the whole family licking their lips wanting more! This batch was made by Sam and have already become a favourite among the team!

A very big thank you to the team at Coastline Shop Fabrication for designing, building and installing this beautiful custom made pre-pack to fit our shop perfectly!
With the expansion of our cooked and small goods options, we needed more room to produce more of the freshly made in-store products you have been looking for.

The AMIC State Sausage King Awards were held over the weekend and we are proud to have won second for our Sicillian Sausage and third for our Lamb, Sweet Potato & Pinenut Sausage.
