Brisbane Vegan Board Games Brisbane Vegan Board Games is a regular event held around Brisbane, Queensland hosted by the organis Heavier weighted games may be played at future events.

Mid to light weight games (length, depth, or complexity in learning) will be facilitated by board game hosts at each meet up. Some of the games featured will be announced within the event description each month. Get in touch if you're interested in being a host or bringing along your own game that you're happy for others to play. You don't have to be vegan to join but please only order vegan food

and drinks at the meetups. New members always welcome. Get in touch with the organisers if you have any questions! What games will be played? Contemporary board games, not your classic family games like Monopoly or Scrabble. If you do like these games, feel free to come along and try some new ones. Game hosts will curate a number of games at each event. GROUP RULES

- We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment at Brisbane Vegan Board Games. Let's treat everyone with respect (along with the games) and create a safe, friendly and social environment.

- Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, ability, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

- Be fully engaged and present at the table (not sitting on your phone the entire time) along with trying to show up on time will be appreciated and ensure a place at the tables.

- Breaking/ignoring the above rules may result in being asked to not return.

Hey all, looks like the event for tonight (14 Feb, 2025) has disappeared. The last time this happened Facebook resurrected it about a day later, so will see what happens. We are definitely on, so will see people tonight from 6pm at Vega :)

Letting you know there is a new boardgames cafe in West End called Meeple and Mug. Lots of games you can play, and per person cost is very reasonable. They currently have limited vegan options, but have plant milks for coffees and teas etc, and are looking to expand their vegan offerings soon.
