A few weeks ago, we spent three days making mini eclairs for a private Louis Vuitton event. Earl Grey caramel ganache, lemon honey jelly and a Dulcey crunch, all made from scratch.

What we loved most was how much care they put into every little detail. For us, that’s what orders like this are about: doing great work for great brands and making something we’re proud to put our name on.

Pretty cool where a little eclair shop can take you.

Honey chantilly, honey cake crumbs, and a honeycomb tuile made by our pastry chef Pavel, resting on your favourite iced drink.

Pick one up at Salt, then wander across the street to our patisserie on Commercial Road. There’s a small surprise waiting for you.
