Flavour of the month.

Every month, one flavour takes the spotlight.
For September we’ve gone somewhere chocolatey, comforting and familiar.

Introducing the Snickers Éclair.

Milk chocolate ganache, salted caramel ganache and hazelnut toffee, finished in a chocolate velour shell with a dusting of gold.

Available Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm.

All September long.

🎂 Fizzy & Suds are bubbling back with brand new adventures!

This time they're exploring colourful rainbow cakes and towering croquembouche, watching an exciting mixing montage, and getting creative with chalk stencils to discover the textures of sifting and flour. 🧁✨

• The Paris-Brest: delicate choux pastry filled with silky hazelnut praline cream and hazelnut paste, finished with toasted hazelnuts, almonds and a dusting of snow sugar.

• The Honey Layer Cake: 8 delicate layers of honey sour cream cream and honey biscuit, finished with white chocolate. (Ø 10cm cake)

• The Father’s Day Combo: 1 Paris-Brest + 1 Honey Cake for $50. Two cakes, one very lucky Dad.
