Some yummy cupcakes for morning tea with some leftover icing and some ‘expired’ sprinkles. I loved this litte sprinkle mix by Cake Craft Australia
Also made some spinach, pumpkin and cheese triangles which were equally as good and a good savoury option (yes I know they’re not cake). Mmmm

A classic for my 40th. Simple but sweet and not too much decorating with a sore wrist.
Had to get a photo of the cake guts as this doesn’t happen often. Vanilla with white chocolate and blueberries with blueberry compote filling andvanilla buttercream (decided to change it up a bit from the raspberry and white chocolate) z must say, was very happy with the outcome. 😋

Party done and dusted! A big thanks to all the little man’s classmates that came to celebrate and also my Mum, sister and brother-in-law who drove up today just to help set up and pack up for the party.
No photos of anything bar the cake, as I remembered to take one before it went in the fridge overnight as I knew I’d otherwise forget in all the chaos. May have also forgotten the marshmallow ‘web’, but oh well.

Again, not sure what’s happening with Design space and my Cricut, so reused part of the topper from earlier in the week and printed and cut it all by hand

Happy 6th birthday to my big boy!

It’s been a roller coaster of a ride, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The cake was a bit of a long process. Initially supposed to be Bluey (the brief was Bluey, Spiderman or Batman and my choice), but it just had to be Spiderman at the last minute (he is having a second cake for his party, so was leaving Spiderman until then, but oh well). Of course my cricut decided it wasn’t going to work last night, so I had to wing it and cut it by hand.
