كيف يصنع النحل العسل؟�قد يكون العسل من الأشياء التي نستمتع بها جميعاً، لكن لا نفكر في طريقة صنعها. إليك القصة باختصار:
🐝 يخرج النحل ليجمع الرحيق من الأزهار ويخزنه في "معدة العسل".
🐝 عند العودة إلى الخلية، ينقل النحل الرحيق من نحلة إلى أخرى، ويضيف إليه إنزيمات طبيعية لتحويله تدريجياً إلى عسل.
🐝 بعد تخزينه في أقراص الشمع، يبدأ النحل برفرفة أجنحته مثل المراوح الصغيرة لتبخير الرطوبة حتى يصبح العسل كثيفاً. بعدها يغلق الخلية بالشمع ويصبح العسل جاهزاً.

في كابيلانو، لا نعبئ العسل إلا بعد نضجه تماماً بشكل طبيعي دون إضافات أو مواد صناعية، فقط عسل أسترالي نقي %100.

How do bees make honey? It’s one of those things we all enjoy, but don’t always stop to think about. Here's the quick version:
🐝 Bees fly out and collect nectar from flowers, storing it in their honey stomach (yes, that’s a thing). Back at the hive, this nectar is passed from bee to bee and gradually transformed into honey, thanks to the enzymes they add during the process.
🐝 Once it’s inside the honeycomb, bees flap their wings like tiny fans to reduce moisture content until the honey thickens. They cap it with wax and it’s good to go.

At Capilano, we only bottle honey once it’s ripe, just as nature intended. Nothing added, nothing artificial. Just 100% pure Aussie honey.
