We bottled their 2024 Pinot Grigio, Granite Belt-grown; cool summer overnight temperatures emphasises the crispy acidity and palate delicacy; copper colour through natural skin immersion of this brown grape.

Limoncello trifle anyone? 🍋

A pleasure to offer pairing suggestions for Eat, Drink and Be Kerry for their decadent limoncello trifle.

The key here is balance, indulgent but never heavy.

Master of Wine, Peter Scudamore-Smith, supplied Barambah Rack Dried Semillon 2019 as the right choice. A Queensland wine made using traditionally dried semillon grapes, it’s an elegant match for citrus desserts, especially when served lightly chilled in small glasses.
