A great day courtside at INA 💜

Yesterday’s INA event had all the good stuff - big games, busy courts, proud families, great sideline energy, and plenty of açaí bowls heading out the window 🍓🏐

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us throughout the day. Whether you were playing, cheering, coaching, supporting, or just chasing something cold and refreshing, we loved serving you.

Thank you also to the INA association for having us along. It was a great day to be part of, and we really appreciate the opportunity.

🌿 Sustainability matters to us.

At Superfruit Co, we care about making thoughtful choices inside our trailer, from the packaging we use to the way we operate day to day.

We serve our açaí bowls in BioPak BioBowls - clear, plant-based packaging made from Ingeo™ PLA bioplastic, not conventional oil-based plastic. They are designed for cold foods like açaí and are certified industrially compostable to Australian AS4736 standards.

We know single-use packaging is something people care deeply about, and so do we. That is why we choose certified compostable packaging, while also continuing to look for better ways to reduce our footprint.

Some of the other steps we take include:

🌱 Choosing earth-friendly cleaning products where we can.

⚡ Continually looking for ways to minimise power and water usage in the van.

🚚 Working with local suppliers where possible to reduce unnecessary transport.

🍓 Tracking waste after events so we can keep improving, reduce over-prep and make smarter stock decisions.

We are not perfect, but we are genuinely committed to making thoughtful choices as we grow.

Small changes add up - and we are always looking for better ways to serve our bowls with less impact. 💚

We’ve got a big few weeks ahead and we’re looking forward to bringing our açaí bowls to some fantastic local events.

Small change for this Saturday - St John’s Anglican College Carnival has been postponed due to the rain, so we’ll now be heading to Rocks Riverside Park instead. The carnival has been rescheduled to Saturday 18 July.

What a day at the Western Districts Netball Carnival yesterday 💜

A huge thank you to everyone who came by for a bowl - we were so well supported and ended up selling out.

It was also wonderful that the rain held out, giving the players much better conditions to compete in. The grit, determination and energy coming off the courts was fantastic to see.

Thanks again to WDNA for having us. We loved being part of such a great community sporting day.

We had a wonderful afternoon at the West End School Disco, and we were so grateful for the incredible support for our bowls. Thank you to everyone who came by, and apologies to anyone who missed out before we wrapped up.

It was lovely to see the kids thoroughly enjoying the day, with so many fantastic activities on offer and a great community atmosphere.

A big thank you to the WESS P&C for having us along - we loved being part of it. 💜

We’re excited to be heading to the West End State School Disco & Community Event this afternoon! 🪩✨

It sounds like a beautiful afternoon of music, family fun, food trucks, activities, puppy cuddles, inflatables, craft and face painting - all in celebration of the WESS community and the special women in our lives this Mother’s Day weekend.

We’ll be there from 1pm to 5pm serving up our fresh açaí bowls, and we can’t wait to be part of it.

What a cracking day we had on Sunday at the Robelle Domain Markets! ☀️

After all the heavy rain on Friday and Saturday, it was so lovely to see the sunshine come out and enjoy a beautiful morning in such a great community space.

We thoroughly enjoyed bringing our bowls to a new community and meeting so many friendly faces. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us.

We’ll definitely be back at Robelle Domain again - the markets are held on the first Sunday of every month, so keep an eye out for our next visit.
