Big kudos to Penn Cellar's brilliant buyer & GM, David Bruno for curating genuine craft wines & spirits and giving commuters, travelers (un-touristy tourists!) and us spirited New Yorkers the chance to drink way better than if shopping at old-school shops (with way too many of what I call “conveyor belt bottles.”) Such careful selection makes a difference— it also requires extra effort — so major props for that too!
