We know it's a big question, but hear us out. 💍💧

Mineralyte Hydrate+ is a liquid electrolyte that's unflavoured, sugar-free and sweetener-free.

It contains 22 naturally sourced electrolytes, minerals, and trace elements that you can add to whatever you're already drinking. Water, coffee, tea, a smoothie. Hot or cold, it makes no difference.

Every exhale carries moisture out of your body — around 300–400mL a day for most adults, more in dry or heated air, more again when you're active.
