If you’re around Rockhampton, we’ll be set up at 109 Campbell St outside their shop this afternoon. While you’re here grabbing some seafood 🦐🐟, make sure you check out their store — they’ve got crystals, jewellery, herbs, essential oils, incense and much more.

Here’s how our best-sellers are commonly enjoyed.

🦐 RSK: Red Spot King Prawns
• Headless Raw – Toss into stir-fries, Thai curries, or pan-fry with garlic and butter. A favourite for crumbed prawns too!
• Medium Cooked – Simply defrost and enjoy! Great in summer salads, prawn cocktails, wraps, or cold seafood platters.
• Large (Raw or Cooked) – Ideal for BBQ skewers, garlic prawns, or serving chilled with seafood sauce at gatherings.
• XL Raw – Premium size! Butterfly and grill with garlic butter, or sizzle on the BBQ for that classic Aussie prawn fix.

🦞 Reef Bugs
• Cooked – Ready to eat! Slice down the middle and serve chilled with lemon, or warm them slightly to dip in garlic butter.
• Raw – Split and grill, steam lightly, or bake with a cheesy garlic butter topping for something fancy at home.

🦑 Squid & Cuttlefish
• Whole Raw Squid – Great for salt & pepper squid, stuffed and baked, sliced into rings for pasta or tossed on the BBQ.

• Cuttlefish Meat – Tenderise and throw on the grill, slow-cook in a Mediterranean-style stew, or slice thin for Asian stir-fries.

🦪 Oysters (Kaipara – Fresh Frozen)
• Raw on the Half Shell – Enjoy chilled with lemon or vinaigrette.

Thanks to regular requests, we now have Kaipara Oysters (fresh-frozen) available! While we’re proud to offer premium wild-caught Australian seafood, we’ve had these highly recommended New Zealand oysters come our way — and we think you’ll love them too.

These oysters are fresh-frozen, perfect for enjoying chilled on the half shell, with lemon, vinaigrette, or kilpatrick-style.
