🎉 YOUTHFEST 2025 IS HERE! 🎉

Today’s the day – let’s celebrate Youth Week WA with an epic morning of fun, food, and festivities in Eaton! 🙌✨

🗓️ Saturday, 12 April
🕙 10am – 1pm
📍 Glen Huon Oval, Eaton Library, Eaton Skatepark & Mick Bennett Make-It Space

Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your YouthFest experience:

🚗 PARKING
Free parking is available at the Eaton Boomers car park and the Eaton Recreation Centre. Please refrain from parking on verges and allow extra time as it may be busy. Take care when driving in busy and pedestrian crossing areas.

🚸 ROAD CROSSING
Please use the designated crosswalk on Council Drive to access YouthFest safely. Keep an eye out for event signage and staff assisting at crossing points.

🗺️ EVENT ZONES
YouthFest is spread across four key areas:
📍 Glen Huon Oval – inflatables, food trucks, markets
📍 Eaton Library – chill zone, sensory space, board games and face painting
📍 Eaton Skatepark – Freestyle Now BMX/scooter/skate sessions
📍 Mick Bennett Make-It Space – high-tech hands-on showcase

PLUS – The Eaton Recreation Centre is hosting the Bunbury Pop Up Science Cirus this weekend! Make sure you check them out after you’ve finished visiting YouthFest 👩‍🔬

🚻 TOILETS
Toilets are located at the Eaton Boomers, Eaton Recreation Centre, and within the Shire Library, Administration and Community building. Look for signage on-site or ask one of our friendly event staff.

💵 MARKETS
Some youth market stalls will have cash-only options, so bring some spare change to support local young entrepreneurs!

🍔 FOOD TRUCKS
We’ve got your cravings covered with:
Meltdown Food Truck | Retro Burger | Demz Cones | Divine Berries & Co.

🌤️ WEATHER CHECK
Forecast says partly cloudy with a max of 25 degree’s – perfect weather for celebrating YouthFest. In the case of extreme weather, wind or rain conditions some elements of YouthFest may be relocated indoors or cancelled. Keep an eye on our socials and website for any weather-related updates.

✔️ Sunscreen and hat
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Cash for market stalls
✔️ Helmet and ride if you’re joining the skate/BMX/scooter sessions (All participants must provide emergency contact information to participate in the workshops.)
✔️ Your mates!
